Deliveries, Refunds & Returns Policies



Any orders placed before 2pm will be prepared same day for collection by the courier / Royal Mail on the next working day.

Once dispatched the delivery timescales are as follows for each delivery method:

1 – 4 Cans

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2 – 3 business days
  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1 – 2 business days

5 – 10 Cans

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2 – 3 business days

11 Cans plus

  • APC: Next working day

The delivery timescales are not guaranteed and are completely and utterly outside of our control, once it leaves us, it’s down to the mercy of Royal Mail or any other courier we utilise (usually APC). All delivery companies have been experiencing delays and challenges recently, they’re doing their best though. Royal Mail updates can be found on their website at www.royalmail.com

Refunds & Returns

Thank you for your interest in, or purchase of, our products at BeerBantz.com operated by Epic Beers Limited.

If you’re not satisfied with your order or the service you’ve received please give us a call on 01934 384044 or email us at howdy@beerbantz.com. We desperately want our customers to be delighted with their purchase so we will work to ensure that everything is as it should be.

Your craft beer can gifts fall into the category of “print on demand” and “personalised products”, therefore, unless the product is defective or we’ve been complete muppets and somehow fallen in breach of our agreement with you then we’re unable to accept a return or provide a refund for you.

If we screwed up and it’s only right we should give you a refund then we will do so either in the form of a credit for use on our web shop or by refunding your payment using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Please note delivery times are based on the Royal Mail so can vary. We’ll dispatch inline with the information above, then shipping times quoted for each shipping method will apply.

We do not offer refunds for items that don’t arrive on time.

All of that said – we’re bunch of nice guys, if you’ve got a problem, we’ll do what we can to sort it.

Order not arrived?

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or APC. Occasionally, sometimes these gifts don’t reach their intended recipient (which we’re just as gutted as you – but it’s out of our control). If this happens to you, firstly, go buy a lottery ticket as your luck will change soon, secondlyplease get in touch by sending us an email to howdy@beerbantz.com

We’ll raise a query with whichever company your order was dispatched with as soon as you get in touch. Please note, missing orders can only be investigated/resolved within 30 days of the original shipping/dispatch date. If it has been more than 30 days since the original shipping date, you will need to contact Royal Mail or APC directly.
